Dr. Tomiko Smalls visited Ms. Bradshaw's Creative Writing class to provide scholarship application tips. She used reflective journaling as a warm-up activity and presented an unedited response to the prompt so that the students could offer suggestions and corrections. Thanks to both of these ladies for helping our students feel more confident about applying for scholarships!
