Health Promotion Specialist is a group of Registered Dental Hygienists that go into schools to clean teeth, apply sealants, and administer fluoride treatments. If you would like your child to receive these services, please scan the QR code to sign the consent form.

Just a friendly reminder that Registration Day is scheduled for Thursday, July 10th, 2025 from 9AM to 5PM in the MMS/MHS gym. Drive to the back of the complex and enter through the MMS gym. Please be reminded that the district uses Final Forms (https://mccormick-sc.finalforms.com/) for registration. If you are a returning student, to make your time go faster during registration, please update your child's information prior to registration day. If your child is new to the district or has been in the district before but attended another school last year, please create an account with a current email and follow the steps for enrollment.
Please make sure to bring the following:
Proof of residency (current utility bill, property tax bill, mortgage receipt, rental/lease agreement, cell phone bill)
Immunization records (7th graders)
Student birth certificate
