Tomorrow is Field Day! Students who have earned Field Day need to bring a towel to sit on outside, a water bottle, and wear the color shirt assigned to their grade level if they have one.

Parents need to park in the back of the school by the football field, then sign in at a table at the gate entrance to the football field. You will be sitting in the stands so you can be their biggest cheerleader! You will not be allowed to go onto the field with the students. For safety reasons, parents will not be able to come inside the building unless they go to the main office with their driver's license to sign in. Also, if you are signing your child out early, you will need to go to the office with your license. Once checked out, only then will we call your child to come up for dismissal. Be patient, the office will be very busy that day as we are only allowing 2 people in there at a time.

As always, MCSD events require a clear bag policy. We appreciate your understanding and following these procedures so that we can keep all children safe.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Field Day
Good afternoon, parents and guardians of our Little Chiefs!

Field day this Friday! This is a celebration of the year and our final PBIS celebration. We still need snacks and water donations. See the letter. Students need to bring a towel to sit on outside, a water bottle, and wear the color shirt assigned to their grade level.

On Friday, you will need to park in the back of the school, then sign in at a table at the gate entrance to the football field. You will be the biggest fans of your child and will be sitting in the stands to watch their events. You will not be allowed to go onto the field with the students.

If you are signing your child out early, you will need to go to the office and have your driver's license ready. Once checked out, only then will we call your child to come up for dismissal.

If you need to come inside the building for any reason, you must sign in at the front office with your driver's license. You will need to be patient as the office will be very busy that day.

As always, MCSD events require a clear bag policy. This includes Field Day. We appreciate your understanding and following these procedures so that we can keep all children safe.

Good afternoon,
This is an important message from Ms. White. Please remember that tomorrow and Wednesday students in grades 3,4, and 5 will be taking the SCREADY ELA Test. Students need to be on time, get a good night sleep, and eat a good breakfast. Try to start their day off with positive encouraging words of affirmation. Students need to take their time and check all of their work. I believe in all of our students and know you "ACE THAT TEST! Let's show the state of SC that MES is the best!
Also, there will be a PTO meeting tomorrow at 4:00 at MES. Please join us if you can.
