Students in Mrs. Bickle's 4th Grade Classroom enjoyed a reading event on Friday, October 16. The students previewed different reading genres by completing a book tasting event. They visited 4 different stations to review the following genres: fiction, informational, fantasy, biography, realistic fiction and books that cover topics we’ve discussed in class. The students identified the title, author, illustrator and genre. They described what they liked about the book and what they disliked about the book. They gave the book a review to see if they would want to check that book out in the future. Students were excited about this special day and really enjoyed previewing all of the books! We are growing great minds at MES!
