    a ticket to our System Administrator to get help! 
     
    We aim for a maximum 24-48 hour turnaround time for any hardware request and a 12 hour turnaround time for password resets, but this time will vary depending on seasonal needs (testing periods could greatly increase turnaround time, for example).  If you have a technical emergency and have not received a resolution from HelpDesk, please contact the Director of Technology directly.
